In its 2020 Global Esports Market Report, Newzoo forecasts that e-sports revenue will hit $1.1 billion in 2020, up 15.7% from $950.6 million in 2019.

E-sports is the resulting industry that has emerged from the growing interest that young people have in watching other people play video games. Live broadcasting and reviews of matches has helped make e-sports incredibly popular among certain demographics.

3. Marketing 

That’s right, the marketing industry has been busy marketing itself to potential clients and customers. Because of the rise in the popularity of bringing in full-blown marketing agencies to help build a brand, such agencies are working diligently to set themselves apart from prospective clients in order to generate more business for themselves.
